INTRODUCTION
At THEDMK (OPC) Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness and wellness transformation programs. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to reconsider your enrollment. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be requested and processed.

GENERAL REFUND TERMS
Refunds are limited and depend on the timing of your request and your level of participation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [hello@thedmk.in](mailto:hello@thedmk.in) or through designated support channels. Verbal requests or WhatsApp messages are not considered valid.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
SEVEN-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a seven-day money-back guarantee for new enrollments.
To qualify:
* The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of enrollment
* You must not have attended more than 2 live sessions
* You must not have accessed more than 25% of the program content
* A brief reason for the refund must be provided
If approved, a full refund will be issued minus payment gateway fees (approximately 2–3%).
REFUNDS AFTER SEVEN DAYS
After 7 days, refunds depend on program length and participation.
For programs of 30 days or less, refunds are generally not available after the 7-day period.
For programs longer than 30 days, partial refunds may be considered if requested within the first 25% of the program duration and participation has been minimal. Refunds are prorated based on unused time minus services already delivered.
MEDICAL AND EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES
If you are unable to continue due to serious illness, injury, hospitalization, or major personal emergencies, you may request special consideration.
Supporting documentation such as a medical certificate or hospital records is required. Depending on circumstances, we may offer:
* A prorated refund
* Program credit
* The option to pause and resume later
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be provided if:
* More than 25% of the program content or sessions have been accessed or attended
* Access was terminated due to violation of Terms and Conditions
* Dissatisfaction is based on lack of results due to non-participation or non-compliance
* Physical products or materials included in the program have already been used
* The program was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate with special refund terms
* You have previously received a refund (evaluated case by case)
PROCESSING REFUND REQUESTS
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Include:
* Full registered name
* Registered email ID
* Program name and enrollment date
* Reason for refund
* Supporting documents (if applicable)
REVIEW PROCESS
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and review them within 5–7 business days. Additional information may be requested. You will be notified of approval or denial via email.
APPROVED REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Bank credit timelines may take an additional 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in INR and exclude payment gateway fees.
DENIED REFUNDS
If denied, reasons will be provided. You may appeal within 7 days with additional information. Appeal decisions are final.
PROGRAM CREDITS AND TRANSFERS
PROGRAM CREDITS
In some cases, program credits may be offered instead of refunds. Credits:
* Are valid for 12 months
* Are non-transferable
* Cannot be redeemed for cash
* May be adjusted based on current pricing
PROGRAM TRANSFERS
You may request a transfer to a future cohort due to scheduling issues. Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability and allowed once per enrollment. Additional fees may apply.
PAYMENT PLAN CANCELLATIONS
For installment plans:
* Cancellations within 7 days follow the standard refund policy
* After 7 days, you remain responsible for payments covering services already accessed
* Outstanding balances must be cleared before cancellation
* Future installments for unused portions may be canceled if applicable
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of access and permanent restriction from future programs. We encourage resolving issues directly with us.
REFUNDS FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES
If technical issues prevent access, contact [hello@thedmk.in](mailto:hello@thedmk.in) immediately. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours.
If unresolved, we may offer:
* A prorated refund
* Program extension
* Program credit
Issues caused by your device, internet, or system limitations are not eligible for refunds.
MODIFICATIONS TO REFUND POLICY
We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply only to future enrollments. Refund requests are governed by the policy active at the time of enrollment.
