I am Disha, a certified fitness coach & instructor, and Sangeet choreographer residing in Hyderabad. I have completed 500+ Live Sessions, 2800+ fitness sessions and taught more than 15,000 people both nationally & internationally.
My journey of being a trainer has helped young teens, college youth, and working adults achieve their fitness goals with a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Assisting people to meet the expectations they have from their bodies is an achievement for me. I have been doing it for over six years now as a profession, and it has been the best so far.
