I am Disha, a certified instructor, fitness coach, and sangeet choreographer based out of Hyderabad. I have completed 240+ Live Sessions with over 400+ Women!
Taking Fitness training sessions all over South of India, majorly based in Hyderabad, more than 15,000 people have attended my sessions and I have taken around 2300+ fitness sessions.
My journey of being a trainer has helped young teens, college-going youth, working women and homemakers to achieve their fitness goals, with a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
Helping people meet the expectations they have from their own bodies is an achievement for me. I have been doing it for over 5 years now as a professional and it has been the best.
